We have ready design and custom business. 80% deposit is needed, 20% balance based on final price.

Ready Design:

Ready design means there's have ready CAD file, with easy change about carat and ring size ect can be put into prodcution. Once you confirm the order, production time is only around 7-9 working days.

Custom Design:

1. Please share reference pictures and describe what you need.

2. We will offer you estimate quote, if confirm to make then 80% is needed before set 3D drawing.

3. CAD file will be finished within 3days, after your confirmation then we will set into production.

4. Usually it takes just 8-11 working days can finished and ship out before you confirm the item.

We can do transaction via our alibaba online store or Western Union, PayPal( 4% transcation fee), or via bank transfer(Accept USD & HKD).

70% deposit is needed to confirm the order, and 30% balance before shipment.

Yes. We have small natural diamonds. For gemstones or semi precious stones, or lab grown sapphire we have cooperative local gem supplier.

Moissanite is our branch business, so we are professional on customizing big carats and colorful moissanite.

Nope. Instead of rasing toal fee and make all the orders free shipping, we decide to make the price more transparent.

Since shipping cost is differ from different countries,there still has even cheaper delivery method, just takes more time. We usually go by FedEx, which is the most efficient way, here are some price reference:(under 500g parcel)

USA：33-35USD (6-8 working days), cheaper way is around 25USD (10-13 working days )

Asia：24-33USD（2-6 working days)

Africa：33-39USD（5-7 working days）

Every piece of jewelry we create is 100% custom, and most of our moissanite and gemstones are made specifically for each piece on our customers' behalf, which means we can’t take items back and put them in stock for another customer.

Because of that, we don't accept returns, or offer refunds or cancellations, after you've paid to secure your stone(s), or after you've accepted your final proposal to begin production, whichever comes first.

 

Don’t worry, we know that when it comes to the fine jewelry you design with us, pretty close doesn’t cut it! If you aren’t thrilled with your Custom Made jewelry, we’ll modify or remake it at no additional charge.

Yes. In order to give truly product value to our customers, instead of using over luxury gift box, we will offer PE Jewelry box, which can protect the Jewelry safe and sound through long way transportation, yet cost effective. (Concat customer service to see what packaging looks like.)
