Fully custom and made to order jewelry
Each piece of Mywing jewelry is made to order and hand crafted for you. Because our jewelry is custom created, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our rings. For that reason, items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges after a purchase has been made. Ultimately our goal is for you to be 100% happy with your jewelry.
If you are commissioning a fully custom item or modifying an existing style, we will work with you closely throughout the process to understand your vision. After working closely with you, we will present you with renders (digital images) to review. We encourage your feedback to perfect the design and will seek your approval before crafting your ring. Once you have approved it in writing, it may not be possible to make changes. A non-refundable deposit may be requested.
Each of our rings comes with two free warranties. The first is a moissanite warranty and the second is a manufacturing warranty protecting your purchase against rare defects. Additionally, at no extra cost, your warranty includes a free sizing and a white gold re-plating.
Loose Stones
Mywing sells loose moissanite on a request basis. A restocking fee may apply for eligible returns or exchanges that vary by brand.
